The Dyson Pure Cool is the newest purifier / fan from the Dyson.
Some of the common errors that have been noted by other DP04 users are:
Display shows green but the fan is on high speed.
Cause: The purifer is having to work harder to maintain the air quality. You should check to see if you have a window open, or the space is too big for the unit.
